Let’s talk roads and building pads

We hired a professional road builder who spent the Summer and Fall excavating through the rock and mud.  Rock was quarried off the building pads and moved on to the road to create a permanent solid foundation to drive on along with an analysis of the water draining to, where possible, prevent any wash out.  The winter was then taken off to allow natural wash out to happen before laying down the top layer of road mix.
